A1: All pics are located in the gallery, they are organized by spot then, date. select the spot you want to view then select the date. after clicking on the date wait for the page to load. some galleries load slower than others because the number of pics. Note: Broadband Cable/DSL connection needed to view photo galleries. dial up (56k) will not be able to view galleries correctly.
Payments by Credit Card (preferred method), Check or Money orders available. When you find the image and want to purchase, click on the order option that you want (photo CD, email image, 8x10 photo, etc...). this will start the paypal shopping chart. Add as many images and quanties of each image as you want. all orders will be charged a flat shipping rate per order, except for email image orders. there is no charge.

In the "Gallery" choose the spot and date of of the gallery that you want to view. this will open the gallery. |
images are viewable by thumbnails by page and clicking on the thumbnail will go to a bigger preview images. |

This will start the shopping cart, continue to view images and add as many images as you wish to the chart. click check when ready to pay for images. |
Click on the button option that apply to you. Ppaypal or no paypal account. there will be 2 more pages to complete. |

A2:If you already know your image name and date, you can use the order form. make sure you remember the name of the image and the date. it will usually be the name of the spot with a file number. example: Pupukea77.jpg. Fill out the the order that you want by filling the image name and the date then click on "buy pics" button. follow the instruction on the orderform and fill out all forms completely.
Q: What kind of quality are the images?
A: All pics are professional grade quality. all photos are available in different outputs, digital files (1728 x 1152 pixels jpeg format able to do 8x10 prints) burn to photo CD, email files, and traditional hard copy photographs, 8 x 10 photo, 11 x 17 photo and 16 x 20 poster size. click here for more photo info. *Raw and Tif. files available for high quality ouput and commerical advertising with FTP Sever transfers/uploads, please contact us.

What is paypal?
A: PayPal.com is a way to make payment(s) for purchases made on this site. no membership account is required, just completely fill out the paypal form and you will have your pics in no time. If you have already a Pay pal account, the check out process will be quick and easy. One of the benefits of a Paypal account is that you can pay for the order out of your checking account as well as a credit card and the next time you buy pics the check out will be faster.
Q: Why are the sample pics pixelized or poor quality and what are watermarks?
A: Sample pics are converted to a smaller file size for faster page loading, making pics look poor in quality. Watermarks are put on the sample pics for copyright and security reasons. when you purchase any pics, they will be at maximum quality and the watermark will be removed on the final output.
Q: How soon can I get my order?
A: All orders are processed within 7-10 days of payment clearing the bank.To speed up the order process, payment buy credit card is preferred rather than mailing a personal check or money order.
Q: Do we do private photoshoots?
A: Yes, we do private photo shoots, water and land shots are availble depending on wave and weather conditions pending. we give discounts for groups larger than 2 up to 4 people. please contact for more info. info@gallery808.com
